Valve Packing GR8807 INCOBRAID®
Features
The valve packing INCOBRAID® GR8807 is braided with pure PAN carbon yarns reinforced with discontinuous Inconel® wire which increase the mechanical yarns resistance. The impregnation, which occurs in three step, at first on the single yarn, during the braiding and at end on the body, is made with a compound rich of inhibitor of corrosion and colloidal graphite. The Gland Packing GR8807 Incobraid® is particularly suitable for H.P. / H.T. valves operating in power plants, refineries and petrochemical plants, where it needs great resistance and great pressure and temperature resistance. Easy to cut and to install, GR8807 Incobraid® is the carbon yarns packing with high performances.

The gland packing GR8622 it’s a special expanded graphite Sigraflex® braided sealing for valves. These yarns guarantee a very low weight loss (requirement EN 14772, section 6.7) and great sliding property.
The compression packing GR8622, which meets the Low Emission API 622 requirements, preserves for a long time the recovery and the sealing performance without retightening. The graphite strands are Inconel® wire and impregnated with colloidal graphite and special compounds
